Looking for new and exciting challenges? American Repair Maintenance is looking for a strong problem-solver to join our team!

American Repair Maintenance is a self-performing repair and maintenance provider serving over 10,000 locations. We are currently in sixteen states with our home office located in Spring Lake, MI. We are growing at an incredible rate and are looking to grow our team as well!

We currently have an open position for an Account Specialist at our home office. The Account Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the material purchasing and employee scheduling for a designated territory. Our ideal candidate is someone with the ability to multitask, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Office equipment knowledge (computers, printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Data entry and record keeping skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Build professional relationships through verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Bilingual – Spanish (Preferred)

Duties

  • Develop and execute schedules for field technicians in assigned territory
  • Monitor and record field technicians’ hours in assigned territory
  • Purchase material needed for designated territory
  • Track & update material status on work orders using internal portal
  • Communication with technicians on material status
  • Ensure client portals are up to date with job progress & ETAs
  • Respond within a 24-hour time frame to all client comments & emails
  • Resolve any client issues, complaints, or concerns
